The landscape area of Katzenbach’s river and the heterogeneous building development form the starting point of urban setting. The polygonal volumes nestle into the irregular plot geometry and preserve the typically local quality of greening and permeability. The different hights of context are taken with the differentiated building silhouette. Overall it has a strong internal cohesion and uses the location qualities of the site.
