The place is characterized by large noise immissions, the elongated geometry and the meeting of different levels of public and flows of people.

In contrast to the straightening project, an elegant ensemble is proposed instead of two solitary buildings, which has a high charisma and good addressing of all uses. The connecting arcade provides an architectural cohesion as well as a functional added value by creating a space-encircled circulation protected from traffic flows, which attracts all uses attractively.
